At Ross Morgan and Company we are doing all we can to address the immediate threat of COVID-19. Servicing our clients remains our top priority.
We are focused on delivering quality and responsive service to our clients during these unprecedented challenging times. The company will remain open and we will operate on normal business hours with an emphasis on the following:
- Even though all our offices will remain open, if staff feel uncomfortable coming to the office for the next two weeks through the end of March, have elderly family members they take care of or have medical conditions making the exposure to the virus of greater risk, they are automatically approved to work remotely.
- If children of staff are off school and nobody is available to assist in taking care of them, staff members are automatically approved to work remotely.
- We will be limiting in-person office visits to adhere to social distancing and help mitigate the transfer of the virus.
- Our IT staff has provisioned to allow for all staff to be able work remotely (as necessary) with complete access to their office files to ensure there is no disruption in business continuity.
While we do not know what the short term will bring, we do hope to return to our normal business practices in the near future. The RMC family of employees and clients is strong and we will get through this together.
Stay well and know we here in continuous support of the communities we serve.
