How does it work?

  • After completing the application below our billing team will verify the information submitted and send you an activation link to confirm your sign-up.
  • The activation link is typically sent within 2 business days of submitting your information. Please keep an eye out for the activation email as the sign-up is only complete after clicking the activation link.
  • Once your account is activated, you can expect to receive your HOA statement by email on 20th calendar day of the month.
  • You can cancel your participation at any time by contacting us in writing at rmcbilling@rossmorganco.com
