More than just a Management Company.
At Ross Morgan & Company, we believe that community management goes beyond maintaining properties, it means being there for our homeowners when they need us most. Recently, many of our communities have been affected by devastating fires, leaving homeowners facing unimaginable challenges. In response, we made it our priority to provide meaningful and personalized support.
Spearheaded by Angelique Madrigal and understanding that every homeowner’s needs are different, we reached out to those impacted, listening to their concerns and identifying the most urgent necessities. Through these conversations, one need stood out above the rest: access to clean water. Homeowners shared that water filtration systems would be the most valuable resource in the aftermath of the fires.
With this in mind, we took immediate action. We contacted homeowners throughout our communities, offering to provide water filtration systems at no cost. For every homeowner who expressed the need for one, we purchased and personally delivered a system to their home.
These are some of the most difficult days for some communities we serve, and as a management company, we recognize that this is the least we can do to support those who have entrusted us with managing their homes. We remain committed to standing by our homeowners, providing not just management services, but real, tangible help when it matters most.
Our hearts are with all those affected, and we will continue to do everything we can to assist our communities in their recovery.
