Arroyo Springs is a complex of 15 townhomes in a eucalyptus grove near the intersection of Weldon Road and Cliff Drive in Santa Barbara, CA. It is near the beach, shops, restaurants of the Mesa neighborhood, and downtown Santa Barbara. It is also located near Santa Barbara City College. The Mesa neighborhood is known for being cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than downtown Santa Barbara. Shops and restaurants are nearby, including a shopping plaza with a supermarket and cafes at Cliff Drive and Meigs Road.
