My tenure as Board President for the Alma Del Pueblo OA concluded last week, and I’m writing to share a significant success story stemming from the decision we made back in April to bring on Ross Morgan. At the time of their onboarding, our Association was in serious disarray.
Cynthia and Chris joined us right in the middle of this operational storm. Following some initial personnel adjustments, they worked diligently and, quite frankly, performed a complete operational restructuring. Cynthia’s guidance to the Board during this time was truly invaluable. I am confident that the incoming Board will now be able to operate properly, efficiently, and stress-free, directly attributable to the systematic improvements Cynthia and Chris have implemented.
You have two truly exceptional professionals. They were confronted with a shattered situation and an extremely difficult individual, yet they worked with unwavering professionalism and efficiency to completely stabilize our governance and operations.
Furthermore, their impact on our finances has been substantial. Prior to my term, our previous insurance agency had drastically misclassified our building’s construction (listing it as wood-frame instead of the actual steel-frame), which resulted in our premiums more than doubling. Instead of accepting the costly status quo, your team was proactive. They successfully sourced a new agency and secured coverage for the OA that is 50% lower than our prior premiums—an annual savings of over $80,000. This level of performance is outstanding. This is excellent work that will benefit every single owner in our Association.
