The board at Avalon would like to express our appreciation for the responsiveness of the Ross Morgan team to a crisis last week with our electrical panels.  A water leakage caused a loss of power for two units for 5 days and one unit for 3 days. At the onset, after hours, Angelique was the tipping point for service from DWP, who had not responded in a timely fashion from calls from residents. Her powers of persuasion got them moving. Throughout the rest of the week, Arineh and Ana coordinated services with our electrician and responded quickly in a kind and concerned fashion to our many emails. They continue to follow up with our leak investigator. It is reassuring to know they have our back in a crisis.
