Nikki has been our HOA’s community manager for a few years and has been an absolute delight to work with as well as an extremely capable and efficient individual. She has always responded to any concerns with promptness and expertly handled many issues, some of which were very tricky to navigate and required delicate handling with residents. Nikki has incredible interpersonal and communication skills, and has also kept us on track with our meetings and city requirements, which we are highly appreciative of as we have forgotten our own upcoming meetings at times. We were previously with another HOA management company before and had a few different representatives that constantly let things fall through the cracks and were completely unresponsive before finding Ross Morgan; we’re all so pleased with the switch and especially Nikki’s exceptional support and service over the years.
