There are certain moments in life when simple acts of kindness truly stand out and deserve to be acknowledged—especially when someone goes the extra mile to help your firm shine.
Last Friday afternoon, Sycamore Terrace found itself in a tight spot: we urgently needed a check processed so our overdue roof projects could begin the following Monday (today). Feeling the pressure, I decided to reach out directly to Desiree, even though it was nearing closing time and I knew I’d be driving from Simi Valley. I fully expected some hesitation given the timing and traffic.
Instead, Desiree couldn’t have been more accommodating and gracious. Despite my slight delay due to Friday traffic, she greeted me with complete understanding and genuine empathy. She handled everything with such professionalism and kindness—she truly was a saint!
Her willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference and allowed us to keep our project on track. I hope you’ll take a moment to recognize and thank her for her outstanding efforts.
