I would like to thank you for support during these unprecedented times, while the board was serving Valwood Homeowners Association, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We not only survived but were able to accomplish major remodeling projects, that were neglected by previous boards complex desperately needed.

Planted trees that are a necessity during the draught, revived dying plants, and planted new. The pool was fully remodeled, and the complex painted for the first time since 1982, raw stucco was finally covered with paint.

Hiring you was a very good decision – with your guidance we were able to make a decision to fully remodel the pool and paint the complex – thank you!

The value of the property went up 40%!  Townhouses are now worth half a million dollars, condominiums 395,000 to 434,000 dollars.

The board is leaving the complex in an excellent condition, I hope that new board will listen to your advice as we won’t let the complex to get ruin again by unprofessional vendors and bad management.
