I write to tell you how amazing Angelique Madrigal has been to collaborate with on my insurance issue, at Villa La Pietra. She reached out quickly and appropriately to me, to let me know that my insurance company would not pay for a security gate that I inadvertently damaged. I willingly paid my deductible, yet they still wanted thousands of dollars more. Angelique stepped in and fought for me – and, in the end, got the insurance company to fully pay for the damages. Angelique’s whole attitude was to protect her tenants and fight for their best interests to be upheld. She was polite, professional and easy to talk to and work with. I owe Angelique a great deal of gratitude and want you to know what a stellar employee she is and how appreciative I am of her great assistance.
