Vendor Selection
We recommend vendors based on factors that include:

- Ability to meet the Association’s specific needs
Our recommendations are made solely in the best interests of the Association.
Independence
Ross Morgan & Company does not require Associations to use any particular vendor. The Board of Directors retains the authority to approve vendor selection in accordance with its governing documents and procurement policies.
Competitive Bidding
We will solicit multiple qualified proposals to assist the Board in making informed decisions as appropriate. Our goal is to provide objective information so the Board can evaluate quality, scope, and price.
Employee Standards
Employees are expected to:
- Avoid situations that create actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
- Never accept gifts, payments, or favors that could improperly influence business decisions.
- Comply with our Code of Ethics and applicable laws.
Ongoing Oversight
