- Ability to meet the Association’s specific needs
Our recommendations are made solely in the best interests of the Association.

Financial Relationships
Unless specifically disclosed in writing to the Association:
- We do not receive undisclosed commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from vendors we recommend.
- We do not permit vendor relationships to influence our recommendations.
- Any material financial interest between our company and a vendor will be fully disclosed to the Board before a recommendation is made.
Competitive Bidding
When appropriate and requested by the Board, we solicit multiple qualified proposals to assist the Board in making informed decisions. Our goal is to provide objective information so the Board can evaluate quality, scope, and price.
Employee Standards
Employees are expected to:
- Avoid situations that create actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
- Disclose any personal or financial relationship with a vendor.
- Never accept gifts, payments, or favors that could improperly influence business decisions.
