I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback regarding our Community Manager, Emilee Krablin
Over the past year, Emilee has been consistently responsive, professional, and proactive in supporting our community. Communication has been timely and clear, and we greatly appreciate the effort put into addressing homeowner concerns, coordinating vendors, and helping the Board navigate important issues.
We switched over to Ross Morgan just over a year ago, and it has been a huge upgrade from our previous Management Company in every facet. This includes your back-end Accounting team getting our Financial reporting on time, Vendor payments and visibility to our Insurance policies.
We are a small HOA, but with high value Montecito oceanfront Real Estate, so it is great that all the owners have confidence in a company like Ross Morgan.

PS. Emilee has been on the forefront of using Claude AI. I have seen firsthand how it has helped scale her workload. It’s really impressive to see those capabilities being utilized in the HOA environment
