We find you very professional in your interactions with the Board of Directors, the homeowners in the association, as well as our vendors and partners. A couple years ago, you were new to property management, leveraged many portable skills and came up to speed quickly. You operate with the expertise any HOA would be grateful to benefit from. We can count on your follow-up. Just the other day our attorney was addressing the community and stated he works with many community managers in California and that you are in the very top tier. He went on to say you have consistently provided his firm “what they want and when they want it.” When combined with your integrity and excellent communication skills, your professionalism clearly stands out.
