Gentlemen, I have NEVER sent an email like this before related to a HOA management company employee. I recently worked with Fabian Robles, and he FAR exceeded my expectations. Having said this, I can’t recall a time when any employee from a HOA management company met my expectations! Fabian demonstrated a strong work ethic and real concern for doing a GREAT job. I am a residential mortgage broker. An issue that arose related to a condominium questionnaire we received from Homewise Docs. The bottom line is Fabian was professional and diligent in providing the necessary documentation which allowed us to close a loan resulting in a family purchasing their first home.
I also worked with Esmaralda Quiroz. She also was pleasant and responsive to my requests.
I hope your company appreciates and recognizes their effectiveness and hard work.
