We have been with Ross Morgan since I moved into the complex in 2004, and possibly before that as well. Throughout our 20-year relationship with us they have always managed our account in a professional and timely fashion. We work with Warren at Ross Morgan, who is always patient and kind enough to answer our questions promptly. They are also always watching our back – when we anxiously want to move forward on a repair for example, Warren is always quick to caution us to check for proper vendor insurance levels, worker’s comp coverage, etc. to keep us out of trouble! I would highly recommend any Condominium or Townhome complex considering a management company to give Ross Morgan a look.
